Founder and Principal Architect, Chris Loyn, explains that the company opted for Employee Ownership because he recognised that the success of Loyn & Co is very much a team endeavour and he wanted to recognise and reward this within the structure of the company. Loyn & Co, which is based in Penarth, specialises in architectural projects pf all sixes, from single home extensions and conversion, to large, one-off housing.
